About Chairman

Mr. Shefeek Maulakkiriath(Founder & Chairman) is a social entrepreneur Indian citizen, Chairman and Executive Director of Delwan Group of Companies, with a primary focus on the construction, trading, contracting, hospitality and development sector.

Mr. Shefeek was born to a farming family in Kerala (India). After completing his education in Business Administration in 2002, Mr. Shefeek worked for seven years with corporate companies in India and Dubai where he gained experience in construction, trading and contractingfield. He later went on to set up his own business in Qatar and started business in the name of Delwan Qatar in 2007. He also supported several other social ventures in education, financial literacy and sustainability through early stage funding.
